Virginia Dental Center

The dental care is good, but the office administration not so much. I had a dental cleaning scheduled for six months and confirmed it the week before, only to have the office call the day before to cancel it for a staff meeting. I had to twice remind the staff that I needed to reschedule the cleaning to come after another appointment to do dental work the same day. When the day for my appointment came, my dental work took place on time but I was kept waiting for 30 minutes for my cleaning. I had to remind them to schedule my next six month cleaning.

DO NOT COME HERE. I came to this practice on the recommendation of several people. I made an appointment online 4 months ago, and even called to verify my appointment at the beginning of this month. When I called to confirm I asked to add an Invisalign scan which they said would be no problem. When I arrived they said even though I have an email confirmation they won't be able to see me because their system somehow didn't confirm me. I guess this is an ongoing issue, that they don't care to fix, because the office manager came out, and didn't care at all and was not remotely apologetic. After waiting 4 months for an appointment this is pretty horrible customer service. Had she been at all apologetic and willing to get me in quickly I would have no issue. But her complete lack of empathy was really jarring. Its a shame because I hear the providers are good.

Dr.Goldstein and Vivian did a great job for my dental procedure. I felt painless and very satisfied of their friendly approach and professionalism won us over. They took care in solving my issues. The office was clean and nice. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

Dr. Kim and his staff are very professional, well trained in their field, and take the best of care of their patients. I know finding a dentist you trust can be hard to navigate. I would recommend coming to this office, I’ve been taken care of in both routine cleanings and emergency dental care. They have done great work and offered personal care on both fronts. Also they make decisions in your best interest, not what’s going to make them the most money. Dr. Kim is wonderful.

I'm very happy to have found the Virginia Dental Center. Dr. Goldstein is exactly the dentist I was looking for: highly professional and efficient, great at communication and never pressuring to do any work that isn't absolutely necessary. I really appreciate that he is very clear about different options, plus Stephanie in the office is terrific at outlining exactly what you will be charged for. After 20 years of neglecting my teeth, Dr. Goldstein and his outstanding assistant Vivian have gotten me back on track with several crowns, some far less invasive composite/filling work (where that was all that was needed) and recently some cosmetic work that I could not be more pleased with. Five stars, easy!
