I had a very good experience with the branch in Tysons Corner. After contacting them, they got me in with an appointment the following week for the requested services. They make their treatment service accessible and affordable. Each member of the treatment and technical team was thorough, kind, and very professional. They answered my questions and made the information accessible. I traveled nearly 2 hours to get there and would return more regularly if I lived closer.

Exceptional service from the practitioners and staff. Stand outs are medical assistant Aryan and scribe Swarna, as they were so friendly and helpful. Made me feel welcomed and cared for.

Dr. Harris is a wonderful physician: she is kind, encouraging, and has taken my health concerns seriously. My health concerns have diminished drastically since becoming her patient, and I'm so happy to have found someone that listens to her patients and doesn't require me to constantly have to prove myself to her (I really am in pain, I really am trying hard!). It feels wonderful to see her and when I leave, I feel well taken care of. Her staff is also phenomenal.

The staff at Dr. Milani’s office are extremely unprofessional. It is run like a malicious business rather than a doctor’s office that actually cares about their patients’ wellbeing. I had a doctor’s appointment and forgot to ask for a prescription refill. I went in for my bloodwork the next day and asked for my refill, and they said I need another appointment! So ridiculous. I tried to discuss with a Farsi speaking nurse who was one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.  She said “if you have a question, make an appointment with Dr. Milani and ask him” and abruptly hung up on me! Like a child having a tantrum. When I called back, they wouldn’t give me her name – after some back and forth, someone finally told me it was Dr. Milani’s nurse named “Kam.” They also told me an office manager would call me back about this rude and unprofessional behavior, but no one called back. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully save others from this mistreatment – do yourself a favor and save the headache of this terrible office. The doctors at this office are definitely aware of how the staff treats their patients and do nothing about it.

The service we received myself and my son from Dr. Patricia Radich and staff is excellent, she was so kind and friendly, taken good care of our health and she explained everything to us. Highly recommend her to anyone.
