Do not use this real estate company. They are very dishonest. My daughter had just died and I feel like I got the runaround the entire time. My husband ended up finding the house that we bought, and I still had to pay hailey. I felt like I wasn’t represented properly.

Our agent Nicole was absolutely awful in complying with our BINSR and allowing the seller to come in breach of contract with our home. When we attempted to escalate the concerns we got cold shouldered and no replies. They are cutthroat with closing sales tactics, then you'll get absolute crickets if the smallest thing is wrong. They will not have your best interest with their intentions to close. Stay absolutely away from Nicole Wheeler, Brittanie Douglas, and My Home Group as a whole!!!

One of your Associate Brokers is quite hateful online. That’s not a good look with your company name attached to him and his profile. Maybe let Rob Gaschler know that to sell to the community, he should be a bit kinder.

This Realtor places signs secured by rocks in the street so as to be a hazard. They have also blocked the sidewalks and bike lanes. Unprofessional and not respectful of the neighborhood we live in and maintain. Consider that before doing business with them
