4 years agoA close and brotherly community. Wonderful Brothers in Islam. After spending 13 years in Richmond this Masjid has been a focal point for me meeting many brothers in who have all been the best friends I could ask for.

a year agoMore than just a place to pray (perform Salat). The masjid hosts a variety of community events for all members and is made possible by the generous brothers and sisters in the community. I’ve always found the masjid to be clean and neat and there is a lot of effort that goes into this. Fellow worshippers are welcoming to those of the same faith and those of different beliefs. The official website has all the information on prayer times, events etc. If you are reading this, please consider donating generously as this place will serve the ummah long after you leave this world. A verse from The Quran says, “The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives manifold increase to whom He pleases. And Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower. (2:261)
