5 years agoI have long recommended Dr. Abdalla to friends and family members in need of a GI doctor. In addition to his impeccable bedside manner, he consistently exhibits both thoroughness and professionalism in his daily practice. Dr. Abdalla seems the perfect choice for those seeking a highly skilled, attentive, and well rounded GI physician. I cannot speak more highly!

5 years agoThis is Anita Rumpsa. Today received a call from Dr. Abdalla office to reschedule an appointment made in the beginning of December. This appointment was made by me for new patient. The appointment was scheduled for February 10th. The new appointment was to be the second week of April. I am a very sick patient and this office does not care at all. I have seen Dr. Presti and Dr. Tawn from this office and never waited or was treated like a second class patient. And yes we have very good insurance and can pay our bill. Yelp will be my next post.

5 years agoI wish I could give negative, 5 stars. I was recommended to Dr. Abdalla by Dr. Sandidge, I 1st saw his NP 4/2019 for extreme bloating, cramping of my left side and extreme diarrhea. They did not put me on any medication but wanted to do a upper and lower GI procedure. Tracy and the assistant told me I had to wait until I could pay my yearly deductible which was the same price as the procedure and that I would just have to "get by" , dealing with the symptoms of this yet, undiagnosed condition until I could afford the procedure. I called there office 9 times in the next 4 months, as I save the $2k and got 1 call back. I had horrible symptoms with alot bleeding and cramping and when they did call back I was told to go to Urgent Care. On 9/6 of this year I finally had the procedure. The hospital staff were awful, making me repeat, to 4 different people the being ignored and left to suffer while saving the $ for this surgery. I had lost 34 lbs in that process and was extremely sick every 3-5 days. After the surgery this joke of a Dr tells me I have "scratches" on my stomach lining and he removed a pullup. No more info than that and he says I will have no more symptoms and doesn't diagnose me at all but prescribes IBS medication. 2 days later I am sicker than ever and demand a CT scan. Well thank GOD for Metro Imaging because they gave me the results and I have a very serious case of diverticulitis and have 2 ulcers.. Dr. Abdalla said nothing about me being diverticulitis! I now see Dr. Bhat and am getting better but will have to redo the upper and lower GI surgery to have it done correctly this time and am also in talks with an attorney on my options for Dr. Abdalla and his lack of medical care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!
