Friendly staff who recommend the must try items. Definitely try the pistachio croissant if you get there early enough, they make only 2 per day.
The Yemeni tea or latte are also very delicious!
Went 2 days in a row for sit down dining. food is pretty good if comes out hot and correct order. One server was decent and day 2 server wasnโt good, seems she forgot our entire group food came out with top half cold. Go but make sure you remind them to check on your food after a long wait and open up any to go order itโs the correct meal. Unsure what high tipping is for these days.
Zatar is a gem in the neighborhood. In the mornings, itโs a great low-key place for coffee and morning breakfast. But the Mediterranean did shines for lunch and dinner. Very kid friendly. Get them the flat bread pizza which honestly is amazing pizza on its own right (adults will be stealing from their kids). The falafel and hummus samplers are incredible. And personal favorite are the lamb chops with the fragrant rice. It is truly delicious. Hope this spot never goes away as itโs irreplaceable. Only knock is that they donโt serve alcoholic drinks. So no wine ๐ท but great food!
Everything was absolutely exceptional. From the customer service to the food. My personal favorite was the beef tacos, insanely delicious. The servers were so kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend that you come here! 10/10 ๐
A must, order the veggie Middle Eastern Tacos ! The tacoโs are gluten free (corn) and filled with veggies. The tacos looked great, they were flavorful and had a great soft texture. The sauce added a nice zangy taste. Also ordered the Zatar fries, the best fries in Brooklyn. Nice quick option for us gluten free and vegetarian eaters.
