❤️❤️❤️ If I can give more than 5 stars I would. This is such a paradise place. Perfect Kunafa coupled with freshly made Turkish coffee (boiled on hot sand) make the ultimate combo. The workers are very welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere is really nice especially at night. I will definitely be coming here every time I visit Chicago.

There was multiple lines and it was pretty confusing trying to figure out who to pay for what you want to get or where to stand. No one to seat you. You have to just wait for someone to get up to find a table and seat urself. Food and drinks were okay. But the decor was really nice.

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality instantly put us at ease, making our experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Honestly, any negative reviews might just come from people being a bit impatient, because we experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism throughout our first visit.

If you live in the area, this spot is definitely one of the best to socialize and meet with friends. When we visited , it was packed, and we had a hard time finding a table. I am holding on to one star because kunefe we tried was almost cold and hard. And the Turkish coffee they serve is actually not Turkish coffee it's Arabian. There is a huge taste difference if you know both of the tastes.

I’m not going to lie, I was scared to try Zmzm Sweets due to some of the comments that I read through before going. I am glad that I did not let that stop me. The Turkish Coffee was a hit for my husband and I. I wish they were a little closer to me so that I can buy one every morning. The Dubai chocolate was perfectly made. At first I thought the flavors would be overwhelming but I was wrong. The taste of the chocolate isn’t too strong and the filling inside is perfect. It was my first time trying Kanufa with Nutella, the texture was definitely something new for me but overall the taste was good. One of the employees was going around giving free water bottles while we were eating. Overall we received good service. This place is a must try!
