I was set to this ER last week after a visit to urgent care. The love and care I recieved from the entire staff was AMAZING. I was so scared and my nurse Angelina knew immediately. She came and calmed me down as much as I could be. She showed me love like a sister or a mom and for that, I will be forever grateful. The entire staff was so good, but I will forever hold my "Angel" in my heart. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am usually a Fontana patient since it’s closer to me but I came to Ontario for my induction since they had availability and weren’t as busy and I am glad I made that choice. The labor and delivery rooms for patients who are being induced are amazing! They gave me a menu of comfort items to pick out during my stay and induction. I picked a mini fan, galaxy lights, light candles, affirmation cards, oil diffuser. You can pick everything on the menu if you wanted ! The nurses are so attentive, caring, and even educated me in what they were doing, what will be done, etc. Special shoutout to Rosie, Eloisa, and CNM Charlette for attending me during the difficult moments I had in my labor. Charlette thank you for checking on me the day after my rough delivery once I was moved to the postpartum room. Eloisa thank you for being so caring and trying everything possible to have my birth plan go as I wanted, you never gave up or got frustrated and always educated me as you assisted me with my labor. Rosie thank you for always being available and having the caring personality you did. Shoutout to Jackie and Cassandra for being amazing RN’s during my c section and making me comfortable prior to going into OR, thank you for sending me a letter it made me feel special and cared for, thank you so much for all the hard work you do! My experience was amazing due to the nurses expertise and caring personalities. My CNM educating me and being patient with my induction, and a special shout out to the MD who performed my C-section Maryam! You all made my labor amazing! Thank you, for all you do!! I also enjoyed my time spent in the postpartum room, the nurses came in to provide me with my pain medication at the time needed, they had me walk as soon as I could to have a easier/quicker recovery, and always quick to respond with the press of a button. I am so thankful for everyone involved in me and my baby’s care! I definitely recommend Ontario Kaiser for L&D patients.

This is where I am insured. Urgent care walk in s are terrible. And it's very terrible when you have to wait 5 hrs in the urgent care. If you are going to the ER, you have to wait 3-4hrs depending on ur condition. Kaiser is not doing a good job in taking care of the patients overall. They advertise this and that, but i don't see it. Especially if you are an elder person, my goodness Kaiser - a NO- NO. For me, I have my docs here who are good and very professional, so I just want to do my thing and get out, that's it.

Honestly, this is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a 12 hour and counting emergency room wait for my 4 yr old daughter. Asked if she could have a blanket because she’s cold and shivering and they inform me they don’t give blankets to patients. She vomits on the floor and it’s left there for hours after I let them know it needed to be cleaned. The staff acts like they’re irritated with you when you ask what’s going on and how much longer it’ll be. To top it off, I actually started at Urgent care but they referred us to the emergency room because they were “worried it may be appendicitis and the emergency room would need to treat that.” Come to find out they just didn’t feel like treating her because their day was ending. I’ve never experienced a medical facility that was so dirty, unprofessional, slow, and whose front desk staff was this rude and unhelpful. I’d suggest you go to ANY OTHER hospital you can find before visiting this one. I’m finding a new insurance provider as soon as possible. The manager here should be ashamed of the way this department is being ran.

Gave birth at this hospital and the nurses were amazing. We did not love our on call OB, however. Neither L&D nor Postpartum had a bed for dad like everyone had told us. A big thank you to Michelle Madrid, our L&D nurse who went above and beyond in taking care of me and baby boy.
