Yafa Hummus

The place sucks, the guy that looks like he owns the place didn't even think to attend us after waiting there for over an hour and never called out our name when the food was made he saw us and ignored us.They only gave us three little pieces of Meat. They don't have good costumer service. I own my own business and I will never treat customer like that, know how important customer is especially know when the economy is bad. This place needs training on how to take care of customers.

**updated to 1 star due to calling and finding out the estimated time of completion of my order will be an additional 5-10 min with no concern or apology for the extended delay*** 45 min for an order I placed ahead that should have been ready 30 min ago is absurd. I LOVED Yafa and am disappointed to give a negative review but I feel they need to work on their service/estimated time when placing orders in store and online. I typically have to wait a substantial amount of time when I come in so I placed an order ahead this morning at 10:50. It asked me when I would like to pickup and I chose 11, but was advised the order would take 10-20 minutes to complete. It has been 30 minutes since I have ordered and the order is showing to not having even started to be cooked. How can I pickup at 11, as you said I can, when the order is not even being made at 11:20? It appears ordering ahead may be even worse. Sadly I won't bother coming back.

Ok so I ordered my food at around 1:55 my food was supposed to be ready by 2:15 I arrive by 2:20 and THEY HAVENT EVEN STARTED WITH MY FOOD!!! Oh and the picture with the pits gyro SHOWS FRIES!!! I’ll tell you fries are extra! For $13.00 a gyro and NO FRIES!!!! I’m not coming back thank you. I’d recommend any other gyro place. Unfortunate because the gyros were good. Way overpriced and lousy service.

Their falafel wrap was below average Sorry I had to say this and it’s my honest feedback, nothing partiality I’m having Falafel wrap since 2007 and have tried several places in US and other countries. Never had to regret like this time. You may have to keep a watch on your employees if they are following your “50 years old” recipes or not Thank you

The food was mostly ok. But the younger kid working the register was too busy picking his chest hair to listen to us. I'm all about showing off for the ladies, but when you can only do one thing at a time, do your job first. I would have most likely brought my family back here again and again. However, on top of the interaction with Fonz, it was an overall unfriendly environment. I think we will check this one off the list.
