a week agoIt’s one of the only few halal restaurants nearby and that had Mandy dishes so we went to try it. There is parking outside and there is a few tables inside. The establishment is okay and clean but would be more appealing if they put more effort to put more time into the decorating. For the part of the food we took the chicken khabsa and lamb mandi it was very tender and well cooked, the texture was good and tasty. Rice was also good. Prices varies around 20-30$ The only thing i would recommend is to improve your customer service and always smile because that makes a big difference in business. I wont say in details what i disliked because the food was filling.

3 months agoI expected classic saudi flavors for kabsa and mandi but these flavors were different…I mean differently good! Realised later that these were Syrian flavors after asking the person who served us. Overall enjoyed the meal and service.

7 months agoI regret to say that our experience at Soriana Restaurant was extremely disappointing. We drove 50 minutes only to waste our money and time. The customer service here is the poorest I've encountered throughout the US. The order taker's attitude was terrible, making us feel like we were in a fight rather than ordering a meal. We ordered Madghot Lamb and politely requested to mix the Mandi and Madghot rice, but they rudely refused, saying it couldn't be done. Even when we offered to pay extra, they still refused. Their Gyro looked appealing in pictures, but to our surprise, we were told the Gyro in the picture was for ToGo orders only. For dine-in, they could only provide us with the Gyro plate. Again, we asked for the ToGo Gyro at the plate's price, and once more, the order taker's attitude was rude and combative as he refused. To make matters worse, the Madghout Rice and Lamb had an unpleasant odor, making it inedible. The Gyro plate turned out to be shredded beef with plain Khubuz bread, nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. Furthermore, there were no welcoming greetings or goodbyes from the staff. If you're looking to be treated with disrespect, Soriana Restaurant is the right place to go. I rate the food 1/10 and the overall experience as abysmal.

11 months agoCame here specifically for the Mansaf, I’m from Jordan so I definitely have really high standards when it comes to mansaf, it wasn’t fully traditional it didn’t have any bread or pine nuts. I’d give it a solid 7/10. Stay away from the kenafa, it’s overpriced & isn’t close to the real thing. This is definitely a sketch area too.
