Where to begin…. My wife and I had been looking for approximately 3 years. Saying Mirvette was helpful would be an understatement. She would show us countless of houses that were more than amazing for my wife and I, it was just that we were very difficult and picky buyers!!!! Despite thousands of houses, countless miles driven, Mirvette never gave up on us in helping us find our home. Our Jobs made our schedule VERY VERY difficult and Mirvette would make the time for us to see a house despite whatever time or day it was We had found some houses that we were willing to settle on and mirvette was our biggest advocate. She is more than involved in the whole buying process let alone would fight for us and be there for any question that we had. We were first time buyers so we were very unsure on how the whole buying process was but Mirvette would explain everything to us in DETAIL to make sure we understood and were ok with everything. Once again after numerous houses, we found the one, and like previously stated, Mirvette was our biggest advocate. If you think you have a good realtor, you dont know Mirvette. Once we found our forever home, the loan process became difficult. We were well qualified buyers yet we had speed bump after speed bump after speed bump on the loan process. I would be lying if i said that if it wasn’t for Mirvette, we wouldn’t have our home today. Despite the lender making this process difficult and to the brink of not even getting this home, Mirvette was there every step of the way, making the appropriate phone calls and asking her business partners to ensure that this loan will go through. She was even able to get ahold of even the CEO of the lending company to explain and ensure that we were providing everything that they were asking for and that they were the ones dropping the ball. I dont know how many realtors you can say will have this much fight in for their client. After everything said and done, we can finally call ourselves homeowners and that is all thanks to Mirvette and her expertise. Posting a review doesn’t suffice to the hard work that she provides to all her clients. Like previously stated, she is very knowledgeable in the business and in the current market trend and she will always have your best interest at heart. She always has a solution to every problem that you may encounter in your home buying process. We can definitely attest to that. Mirvette is my biggest advocate during and even after I purchased my first home in June 2023. Shy of two years working with Mirvette to purchase a home. Even when my hopes were intermittently low in finding a home, she kept her spirits high for me. I was initially with another real estate brokerage, nothing wrong with them, I just felt like it wasn't a good fit for my vision. Took a break from looking during the pandemic until my coworker Robert recommended Mirvette. Mirvette's strong personality can be intimidating but it's the kind of personality you want during negotiations. You mix her assertiveness with her kindness, humanity, knowledge, and experience in real estate; it's a recipe with great outcomes. During escrow, my lender and Mirvette had their differences. Mirvette is very involved in the loan side if you want her to be. I wanted Mirvette to walk me through the loan side as well. Not to say I didn't trust my lender, because I trust my lender as well. But a second eye does not hurt. My point is....the coming days before closing, my lender told me: "Maria, Mirvette is on your side, she's fighting really hard to get you into your home. You chose a great agent." I did not want a townhouse - I did not want to share walls with anyone (traumatized by neighbors from my apt). Mirvette worked really hard to get me into a SFR. She called selling agents 100 times a day to make sure we tried our very best to get our offer considered. And with every offer I got rejected, I always walked away with no sad feelings because I knew Mirvette tried her very best to get my offer considered, and it just wasn't my time yet. Mirvette Judeh is the most complete real state agent that I have ever known. I had previous experiences with other agents and nothing compares to the level of Mirvette.
