I was able to come in as a walk-in, and with no insurance.
Henry was very respectful, helpful, kind, and considerate of my time. Since I was a walk-in and they were in busy hours at the time, Henry was advocating for me, making sure I was able to be seen. Henry explained everything, every step of the way! We were able to discuss what I needed and what was truly the best help in, creating a plan that fit best for me!
Dr. Thomas worked on my teeth! She is very gentle (I fell asleep). She explained what she will do before touching/operating on me. She answered all and any questions I had. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional. This is my first time here and will come back every time!
The front office staff doesn't greet u when u come In and the wait is always painfully long but the absolute worst thing is the filthiness of the exam rooms. I felt like I needed a shower after seeing it. Also, I'm not talking about a days worth of dirt dust hair and bugs but had to be weeks. I have no idea why the health department hasn't shut this place down.
This place is NEVER on time. Both times here we waited 2 plus hours past our appointment time. They were extremely rough with the water and suction and didn’t listen to my Daughter when she said they were hurting her. Bathroom doors are disgusting and the floors look as though they haven’t seen a mop in years! I’ll be purchasing private dental insurance shortly cause I wouldn’t bring my worst enemy to this place.
Their office staff needs training. They let phone ring till answering picks up even though they are not busy just sitting around talking. Do not enter or convey info. We gsve all info to young office person who didn't seem to care or know what she was doing. Had to call several times to get dentures and found out they had been their for a couple of weeks. Then was told it was $750.00. And my husband said oh my insurance paid nothing? The dentist said their is no insurance listed then we had to wait when all that was figured out. Then 1 person said we owed $10.00 and another said we actually had a credit as we had left a Deposit. So i paid $10.00 abd guess what git a $10.00 back from my insurance co.
No customer service at all. I understand that everyone has bad days but majority if my visits to this location were not a good experience. The ladies upfront don't check you in correctly at times. I've received 2 emails that I've missed my appointment when in reality I didn't. I was there on time at my appointments.
