My daughter is 2 and has such a strong willingness and strong character and and can be a lil hard to handle but this Dentist knew how to handle her and be so kind and gentle and was still able to get his job Done!!! I love this place for my girls. I honestly recommend this place for any parent that is looking for a children's Dentist.

This business sent a text asking for a review so here it is. My 5-year-old daughter has been going here since she got teeth in. She always looks forward to it because she they give her a toy when she leaves. She takes care of her teeth so we've not had more than x-rays, an exam, and cleaning. It is always kind of a circus because the place is huge with a large staff and many patients everywhere. But I can deal because it's for kids. Yesterday we went in for her appointment and waited almost an hour before being called in. My insurance had to be updated but I still felt like the wait was excessive. The exam room has multiple chairs in a row all filled with children, and dozens of employees walk in and out doing various tasks. The room yesterday was HOT and uncomfortable. The AC must have been broken which can't be fun for the staff. After her exam and cleaning, we stood and waited 5 more minutes for a ticket to redeem a prize. They couldn't find a ticket so finally someone walked us there to get one. Then they gave her the only remaining "girl" toy. They never present her with the option to pick a "boy" one, which I don't love. We left, and she began crying hysterically because her mouth was hurting. I saw blood on her gums and she insisted on going back in to have it looked at. We then waited another 20 minutes to go in the room while she was in tears from the pain. They said there were no chairs, however they kept calling in other kids to go in ahead of us. Finally we got a chair, waited another 5-10 minutes for the dentist to spend one minute to say her gums are just sensitive. I don't know why someone couldn't have just taken a look right away since she was obviously very upset. Nearly 2 hours later and my kid tells me she never wants to go back there. Same, girl! P.S. I've never had an issue with the dentists. They are friendly and professional.

Thank you very much to the doctor, anesthesiologist, and the entire team of Children's Dental Zone West LA for the excellent care provided to my 4-year-old son during his treatment under sedation. I'd like to commend the staff for their attentive care and gentle approach to our child. Your professionalism is truly appreciated. As a parent, I want to express my gratitude.

I realized I had to write a review when I was choosing to not use supplemental dental coverage in order to use CDFZ for braces. We have never had a bad experience, the staff and doctors are always warm and friendly, and they always take time for both kids and parents. The reason I couldn’t look elsewhere though is because of how favorable the practice is to busy families. It’s always easy to schedule and there are even weekend appointments. On top of that, the office is so efficient and we are always leaving earlier than I expected. Knowing braces includes a thousand appointments I didn’t want to risk going somewhere that is hard to schedule, had difficult hours or only a few slots, or might have a long wait past our appointment time. If you’re like us and every minute counts, make your life easier by coming here.

Love how they made it comfortable for the kids. Service was pleasant too. They offered me coffee which is cool, but I don’t drink coffee. My daughter looked at me with reassurance that she likes the office. The events they have for the kids is amazing as well. When I walked in they were prepping for face painting. Love the place!
