They make it so difficult to be seen as a new patient here. The providers request that I get very specific labs that neither my previous specialist nor PCP were able to order. They also refused to order the labs. I spent over three months trying to obtain an order for these labs but was unable to.
You will never find a better group of people to look after your needs very personal and know what they are doing. Office visits are a pleasant I never had a long wait I travel over a hour to to see my Dr and its well worth the travel time highly recommend USC to all.
Over the past two years, I have had 3 tele-health appointments in which I have waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen by my doctor. One of the appointments, I waited over 2 hours . The same long waiting would occur prior to Covid with my in-person appointments as well. Today I had my annual physical appointment in-person with Dr. Rose Teroyan. I was 8 minutes late and even showed my parking ticket as evidence that I arrived only a few minutes late . She refused to see me because she had to pick up her kids. Keck and their doctors clearly do not value their patients’ time, but certainly prioritize their own.
recently switched over to Keck USC and I’m in love with how they run their offices here. Everyone is so sweet and attentive, my doctor Fanta Bayoh is amazing! She is down to earth and makes me feel confident and comfortable with anything I need or that she can help me with. The ladies in the lab also know how to draw blood and are very professional.
