The Best Team of the Medical Group. I'm not good with names, so the bookkeeper handles the paperwork is knowledgeable and experienced. She is the best receptionist I have seen and their nurse is always smiling and accurate with the information that I even forget. The Lady who helped me with a blood draw was very quick and excellent without a noticeable needle and I feel like I can discuss anything with Dr. Luisa. She listens carefully and comes up with the best answers for me. I feel very comfortable in this clinic. I'm assured that I can trust them when I need medical attention.

Luisa is very dismissive, as mentioned in a previous review from someone else. I actually had been a patient since I became an adult. At first I found Luisa very nice and attentive. I'm not sure what changed the last few years. The first instance that alarmed me was her asking me about the number of sexual partners I've had, then asking if I was in counseling. My pap was abnormal and she suggested/encouraged counseling due to the number of partners I've had and this abnormal pap... without saying too much, my gyno said 90% of the population has this and after a small procedure, it is resolved. That was annoying and honestly rude lol anything can happen when even sleeping with ONE partner, but whatever. Then, as another mentioned, they kept telling me that this appt is a check up and if I mention ANYTHING else, then it's considered a sick visit which has a copay. I took the survey to indicate if I have depression (I don't), but I do get fatigued. Hormonal I'm sure, but I answered honestly that I'm often tired with no other symptoms. Then, she says it's a sick visit since I'm concerned about fatigue and we'll need to test for a vitamin deficiency. Felt very forced especially after they told me 3 times that it would be a sick visit if I mentioned anything. Very shady to be frank. And I'm not paying the $30 copay so leave me alone! lmao.. Oh I forgot she made me come back three times to 're-test' my blood for elevated liver enzymes. I was under the impression SHE would do the ultrasound she was ordering, which is why I kept coming back but testing me more than twice seems excessive. She just wants my money and she doesn't care about patients on an individual level.

Front desk is incompetent and rude. Unable to refill routine medicines without 3-4 phone calls every 3 days.

Visited for a physical. I wanted something close by and read good reviews of Louisa. Front staff was nice and helpful. Louisa was nice but dismissive, in my opinion. She kept saying we needed to keep it strictly a physical (prob for billing) but then she billed it as something different based on my bill post insurance. I felt like she wasnโ€™t really listening to what I was saying- the entire time just felt rushed and pushed aside. I realize it was my first time there and we couldnโ€™t cover too much ground, but jeez. Also a little thrown by the Bibleโ€™s in the waiting room and the cross on the treatment room wall. Cancelled my follow up and will not be returning.
