Had mitral valve replacement and repair of a congenital hole in my heart as well as an atrial septal aneurysm. I am about 3 1/2 weeks out from surgery and I want to complement the entire staff - nurses - physicians - therapists - and Dr Daniel Serna, who did the surgery with the assistance of many. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted in the OR (Gospel), and everyone was so encouraging and understanding. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like they really cared that I do well, feel well, etc. I never felt embarrassed or neglected. They did everything possible to make me and my husband comfortable for the week I was there. I just want everyone in the CICU and Cardiology to know how much I appreciate them and the miracle of extra years that they (and God) have allowed me to have.

I showed up for an appointment at medical office 7 today, drove around for 20 minutes looking for parking, and could not find a legal place to park my vehicle. There were plenty of open spots in the staff lots (probably half the spaces) but patients are physically blocked from using them. I had to leave my car in a No Parking zone and run in to tell the receptionist that I couldn't find parking and I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. Her response - "You have to call the appointment line to cancel." Thank you. So helpful. Here I am telling you in person that I cannot check in to the appointment you're being paid to check me in for, doesn't that trump calling the 1-800 number so they can then call you and tell you I'm not coming? Guess not, so I called the appointment line to explain that I had no options for parking my vehicle legally on their premises to attend my appointment and was told I could "come back and park at Wendy's across the street. They have signs saying No Patient Parking, but those are only close to their building. If you park at the far end of their lot you're okay." No ma'am, I am not risking getting my car towed parking at a business that specifically says not to do that just because your facility can't provide parking for the number of patients it tries to schedule. Thanks anyway! Thumbs DOWN.

First off, my son and I arrived at 2:45am and didn’t get a bed until 6:45am. I understand it’s by severity, but a 4 month old with a 101.7 fever is pretty severe to me. At 8am they started doing panels. We went in for respiratory needs. Long story short I left at 3:45pm. They made a HUGE deal because my son had “COVID” and he tested negative for everything else. They tried to say they don’t know protocols, they have to potentially keep him. (His oxygen was perfect at 99.) Fast forward to the next morning, he DOESNT have Covid. Very upset with this health care system.

Had the best experience in an awful situation. My Kaiser team took great care of me. Kaiser stepped up their patient care food. Everything was fresh, hot and a large selection. Nurse Dana, April, Guri, Noelle and Anesnteiologist Josh were my favorite people.

What to say…really nice service from all the doctors and staff members. The hospital was so clean n quiet. Thank you so much for their generous n great help to treat my little daughter 🏻. So happy to see my baby back home.
