Had an appointment scheduled at 2pm came in early and made sure to do all my paperwork, like 30 minutes, and I've been here before once but now I'm never coming back. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and care for customers. I waited nearly 40 minutes and my name was never called nor are there any signs or employees telling you it might take longer today. No warnings. No communication about the backup or why it was taking so long. Several patients who came in much after me, who had an appointment for 2pm, were taken in minutes. If you schedule somebody for a 2pm appointment and have them waiting there for an hour, it's not a 2pm appointment. Be honest about your wait times and capacity because people schedule their appointments around work and other obligations. If I'm not actually going to be taken in anytime near my appointment time don't offer that appointment time as if you get people in a timely manner. I'm so deeply disappointed and now have a conflict with work because I scheduled this appointment thinking I'd at least be brought in 15 mins later. I'll never be coming back here and don't believe they're organized or offer much care to their patients anymore. I was having a good day but not I'm extremely stressed and unable to fulfill previous obligations I thought I could.
I came to western dental and the Patient coordinator Arthur was every helpful he explained my treatment super well. And the Dr Khasru was a get help as well. I will refer all my family and friends and tell them to ask for Arthur Roman such a great person thank you.
