I gave 4 star's because the front desk are not very friendly I noticed an attitude with the ladies but the back and the doctor were great ๐ I didn't like the long long wait and I didn't like that they couldn't work on me but I guess it's my fault since I need quite a bit of work done so I give Dr and his assistant 2 thumbs up
Veronica V. Was so sweet and informative. She made me feel comfortable and did her best to give me the best treatment possible. Dr. Khasry was great. He informed me and was able to fit me in for treatment. Would recommend them again. Maria D. Was so sweet as well, she x rayed me and her first impression made me want to stay and come back to office.
Was nervous to try this dentist, but glad I did staff was super nice and helpful. Veronica V was so nice and explained every step along the way. Mrs. Debbie at the front was super nice and helpful as well great staff, clean facility very professional and really care about there patients and helping them with there smiles.
The wait at this place is completely unreasonable and uneccessary. I waited an hour in the waiting room. Finally got called back to a dirty ripped chair. The assistant tried getting supplies from a broken drawer. Rather than fixing it she left it open after commenting on the difficulty of shutting it. She placed a bib on me and left. Another hour goes by and I havenโt even been acknowledged let alone seen. Even when I sat up and turned around to see what was going on. I finally realize that people that came in after me were being seen and already leaving. I got up and left with out my cleaning and then got a text to leave a review on my experience that Iโm sure they still billed my insurance for. Rediculous and needless to say I will NOT be returning.
The reason it's 1 star isn't due to the services received. It's mainly due to the inaccuracy of the ZOCDOC app used to book the appointment. I booked my appointment through the ZOCDOC app but received a text from the office saying my appointment was at 5pm. I booked the appt for 5:30 to allow for travel time. The amount of coordination that had to be done to make the 5:30 appointment took some time and effort just to end up finding out that 5:30 slots don't even exist at the office. I received text messages the day of making the appointment to confirm the appointment as well before the day of.
