Horrible service. I went in with both daughters. They told me medical would pay for my younger daughter but the older daughter would not be approved. So they are charging 6000 and then an additional 1000 for her and then don't even schedule her for monthly visits. But if course the charge me monthly. And my poor daughter that actually needs braces is still waiting for approval. If I could give them -stars I would. There are many other orthodontist out there who don't try to take your money with our providing service. This one is a scam. Their dental office is good but orthodontist is horrible. The orthodontist is only available 1 day a week so getting an appointment is ridiculous. Very unprofessional. When you try to complain to a manager they just transfer you around and around.

First time coming to this facility for check up and cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the lobby area. The wait time wasn't very long after filling out and signing paperwork. Front office staff was pleasant. Dr. B was very nice and friendly- put me at ease right away, and Effie did a very nice cleaning my teeth. Thanks, will definitely recommend this location.

Thee worse in emergency situations. Went here for years off and on and they've been failing me consistently. I'm still in pain and need assistance but all they keep doing is putting off elsewhere to these ridulously far outside referrals. I just feel failed at this point so I'm just going to go get my blood and vitals checked at the ER. Maybe I can get pointed to a dentist who actually cares.

I had been a Western Dental client since November 2015 at 1565 S Western Ave. However in January 2000, I tried to acquire a new set of dentures. Everytime I went for Xrays, I was informed that I would receive a phone call which never transpired..Aft three yrs. of trying, I elected to go elsewhere. I found another Western Dental near my home @ 1200 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. adjacent from the Colusium. And what a difference. This office is so professional and so clean. The Dentist is such a professional. She explained the procedures and what to expect and what I would have to do to maintain my dentures. In one month, this office has already taken my impressions and I have a date when to return for my new dentures. What took me three years to try and acquire @ 1565 S Western Ave Western Dental office, I have already taken impressions twice and I am in the process of acquiring my smile and self-esteem once again. Change is difficult at certain venues. However, sometimes change is necessary to acquire what you want out of life. If you really want a beautiful smile. Do yourself a favor and be good to yourself. Visit this specific Western Dental.

When I tell you all Dr.B is AMAZING. I mean that. She will get your mouth hygiene in order. She is my favorite dentist of all time. And Effi is the assistant that always helps her. The office staff is great and has class. You would want to come here to be serviced. I’m telling you don’t walk but run to this location and ask for Dr.B (she is a female dentist for clarity)
