The purpose of this additional review is to strongly encourage you to treat yourself to delicious Mediterranean dishes at this restaurant. While it’s lovely having the restaurant all to ourselves at munch time, I can’t help thinking that so many people are missing out. Better babaganoush you probably won’t savor anywhere served with fluffy, fresh, pillowy pita bread. We enjoyed the vegetarian moussaka version. The servers are so friendly and the atmosphere in the room is relaxing with lovely music in the background. We need to support these family businesses in the communities where/near we live. They have a Sunday brunch buffet that we look forward to trying too.
First time here. Expertly prepared Chicken Shistawook, off skewer. Cooked just right, not too dry. The vegetables were also sauteed just right. Friendly service, but it did take about 40 minutes for the food to arrive, even though we were the only two people in the restaurant at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Perfection can't be rushed I guess. The other person had a Lamburger and fries, both excellent as well. I look forward to returning to try more dishes on the large menu.
I felt so happy when I found this place , because I love Palestinian food . First of all the staff are very kind and presentable , the place is so clean and the interior decoration reflect the restaurant identity. The prices reasonable . The food is so delicious and made with Love , I ordered cheese/Zatar Managesh and Mesbaha , well presented , clean and delicious .
The indoor setting is big, clean and organized .
This place definitely for big family gatherings (maybe you have to book I am not sure)
One thing the owners needs to improve , the outdoor ads , to tell people there is a restaurant here , I came to this location many times I never notice there is a restaurant open .
I do recommend this place and I will visit again to try the other dishes.

Good lord! There isn’t a better place to go for middle eastern food. Portions remind me of back home, prices are affordable given quality and quantity, hospitality is what Arabs are known for and that’s what you’ll get when you visit Amalfi.
This is one of the best Mediterranean places I have eaten at in the east bay. Love their interiors. The burning pizza oven is a good warm touch. Service was friendly and quick. We ordered quite a lot of food and ended up taking a lot of leftovers. The first thing we liked about the food was how fresh everything was. Including the goise made sauces and hummus. We began with the sampling platter which is enough for two adults and a kid. Loved the cheese burek and falafel was so crisp. I ordered beef shawarma which is my go to in most Mediterranean places. It was hands down one of the best I have had. So fine cut and grilled to perfection. My husband had the pea pesto pasta and he loved it too. My daughter had the BBQ pizza and it was fresh out of the oven. The bbq sauce was not up to what I am used to but my daughter liked it. A good choice for fine dining.
