Wonderful people. We were traveling and hadn't had a decent cup of chai in a week. They had no chai available but the lovely lady behind the counter made some fresh for us and boy did it hit the spot! It was perfect. They also have halal deli meat, fresh meat, a restaurant, and many Desi grocery items . Everyone was so helpful and nice!

Love the chicken shawarma taste so good. They have a lot more stuff to eat must go again 🥰 full of juicy chicken with yummy fries 🍟

New Owners are incredibly nice. Everything in the store will be halal now. The meat is brought in fresh from local farmers. They bake the naan fresh daily. Luncheon meat. Pakastani and Persian fresh food coming. So proud to support this family business.

My daughter and I stopped in for some Orlando Grape leaves and some Turkish ground coffee. The new owners were amiable. The produce and meat department was fresh and clean. I wish you all the best moving forward. We will remain loyal customers.

This place is great, owner and workers are down to earth and I always have a great conversation when I'm waiting for my food. You won't find another halal authentic pakistani/Indian food place in Bakersfield this good. Don't listen to James charles saying this place isn't halal I personally know the guy he gets halal from. Also have gone several times with large family and they have nothing but utmost respect! Try the chicken over rick, Naan, kabobs and nihari!!
