SHADY!!! DO NOT SELL OR BUY with these people or anyone they recommend. Julia and Amber knew about cracked and warped flooring in a house we purchased and didn't disclose it to us. TREC and Texas law states their supposed to disclose defects they know about. They didn't. A couple nights after I purchased the home, I called Amber she said she new about the cracked flooring and the home inspector should have seen and reported it. Their recommend home inspector did not do his full inspection by law. Whether or not the inspector caught it (which he didn't report it), Julia and Amber did not do their FIDUCIARY DUITIES. Their not supposed to, they'll tell you they got some other higher offers that are unqualified buyers. Our new house has water damage, molded HVAC units, house wasn't cleaned, burned trash pile left, promises broke and more. Seller make sure you disclose defects! Buyers get multiple home inspections and do not use who they recommend. Unethical and Unlawful. If you choose to do business with these people possibly tack on an extra $50k and two months of your time.

*1 star recommendation. Bad business. They did not follow thru with lease agreement rules. Seller lived at my house 2 weeks for free after closing/funded I was promised a security desposit which I never received.
