Door to door soliciting ignored no soliciting sign by agent Michael Puriy. "I'm not soliciting. I just want to know if you're interested in selling because I have buyers." Proceeds to leave a sales card on my doormat. I'm considering getting him fined as the entire thing was caught on my neighbor's Ring cam.

I recently used Realty One Group as my real estate broker for both selling my home and purchasing a new one. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The real estate agent did not listen to a majority of our wants and needs, and her poor negotiating skills almost cost us around $7500. During the final closing statement, we found mistakes that the agent did not address until I requested to speak to her broker multiple times. It took him 3 days to finally call me, and during our initial phone call, he was extremely rude and belittling. It was frustrating to have to deal with him and feel unheard. However, after our second phone call, he finally negotiated a repayment out of his agent's commission, which resolved my issue. Overall, I would not recommend Realty One Group as a real estate broker, as my experience was disappointing. I rate them with only 2 stars out of 5.

My experience with Tonette of RealtyOne Group was amazing. Tonette was communicative and professional. I will continue to use and recommend her for all of my real estate needs.
