Donโt use this company. They made us pay for a final survey even though I had a final survey that I sent them. They said they needed an updated survey. They cheated us out of almost $400 for that. They never refunded us money for not painting the outside of home. That was nearly $1,000. We told them they would have to go through the ARC committee here in our community and would take up to 45 days for approval. If that wasnโt bad enough. They mixed our personal information up with another clients information. Be ware that they will nickel and dime you out of all your guaranteed money so you donโt receive any back and they donโt do well keeping your information separated from other clients and private. I will never use them again if we have to move.

I met Homeward realtor Jodie Maddaloni by a recommendation from a friend of mine. I was very impressed. I had previously discussed the New Tampa housing market with several high-profile realtors over the past few years and was amazed by Jodie's superior knowledge in comparison. She knew important details about each neighborhood and knew the history of most of the houses listed in those areas. She asked me a lot of questions about what was most important to me in a neighborhood, and gave me honest feedback about homes that I was considering that didn't offer the things that are most important to me. Best of all I never got the high pressure tactics that you get from most realtors, previously I felt other realtors were working hard to get me to commit to any home and close me on it as quickly as possible. Jodie really seems to have my best interest at heart, I have since referred several friends to her and they felt the same about the experience. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of JERRY KING. Not only are his properties unsanitary and in poor condition but he is a con artist who will scam you out of your security deposit. He starts by telling you the check is in the mail and when he realizes you're no longer living in the area he will tell you that there were excessive damages to the property and he's not returning your money. He never returns calls. He especially takes advantage of out of state students. Stay away from him, I lost $2500 with this scam artist.
The property listed at 8024 N Meadowview Circle in Tampa has unpaid contractor labor on it. The home was a FLIP and the balance in labor remains unpaid. A notice was sent regarding intent to file a lien, or to pursue other collections options and realtor was copied. I am surprised realtor, Brunilda Calderon, does work with persons who do not pay their debt obligations. . .
