This platform is really inadequate for what I want to express. My experience of finding a home, securing an unbelievable deal through negotiations, and closing it out was an experience that I can never forget or trade for anything. Abe was a referral from one of my close friends, to help me move from KY to MI. When meeting Abe for the first time, the overarching theme of his personality was of generosity and genuineness. He right away put me in the center and prioritized me. He never showed an ounce of impatience, or made me feel like I was a burden even though he was having to help so many other clients. He infused so much enthusiasm into my search and what I was looking for that it made the whole experience so full of excitement. When he gave me advice he did so not in a disparaging way but in a way I could understand and he did so always with my best interest in mind. Abe was fast, always available, well versed in the market he operated in, he was so sophisticated in how he interacted with all parties involved but most of all he invested the most in the client and agent relationship. He knew how to play chess when everyone else thought they were playing checkers. He somehow executed my house agreement with the seller pass midnight within days after I put my finger on my dream house for 10% below listing price. His work always came first. Honestly, through this experience alone, I didn’t only come away with a lovely home, I also came away with a friend for a lifetime.

His knowledge and insight translated to a well-informed decision when it came to my Real Estate needs. I recommended him to all of my friends and family because he is an individual with high integrity. I could not have asked more from Abe and I cannot wait to work with him again, down the line.

Abe is very pleasant to work with and also responds promptly to any concerns. I was frequently out of state during the selling process and Abe handled everything smoothly for me.
