Adam Rutz is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate enthusiast. Born a California native, he and his siblings grew up in Ventura, CA. Adam developed a strong work ethic in part from spending his summers working on their family farm. A major turning point in Adamโs life was losing his father in a tragic accident on Fatherโs Day โ his mother went on to raised three children as a widow with one of them being disabled. She taught him to work hard for everything he needed or wanted quitting wasnโt an option and to have love and compassion for everyone. She was and is a key motivator in his life. She is his biggest inspiration; her drive, strength and love for others has shaped him into the man he is today.
Adamโs intense work ethic instilled in him at such an early age and his determination to succeed steered him to become a Navy SEAL – this reinforced and developed an unmatched work ethic, high attention to detail and extreme accountability.
After completing his Seal team service, Adam wanted to continue to serve his others. He apprenticed with his stepfather to learn the home building industry and decided to combine those skills with his love for helping others by becoming a licensed Realtor.
He prides himself in his strong negotiation skills and always working with his clientโs best interest at heart. As a professional, he takes his role seriously and negotiates hard to get his clients what they want. He prides himself in helping clients to not spend money unnecessarily to get them the highest return possible.

Adam has earned and been awarded numerous accolades during his short yet successful time in the industry including 2017โs Rookie of the Year, 2019โs and 2020โs Top Producer, 2018-2020โs Realtor of the Year by Camden McKay Realty and 2019โs Rising Star by Fairway Independent Mortgage.
Adam is a big supporter of giving back through kind acts of service as well as being involved in numerous charities including the Warriors Choice Foundation and the SEAL Legacy Foundation. He has been fundraising for year, be it for underprivileged
children to helping our frontline nurses during the height of the pandemic. He is very excited about starting his own non-profit in 2022 which will benefit San Diego directly!
Adam is a family man and has strong ties in San Diego. When heโs not in the office heโs either walking his dog Murphy through Del Mar (big dog person!) or spending time in Ramona at his family vineyard. Adams passion for real estate, his community and providing exceptional client experiences in unmatched, he canโt wait to help you with all of your real estate needs.
