Since co-founding NKF law, Adam has been selected to the "Top 40 Under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers. Adam was also recognized in 2020 as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star, in the area of Personal Injury.
In the realm of personal injury and negligence law, Mr. Najib has proven to be a skilled litigator. He renders his keen insight and tact to deliver successful results inside and outside the courtroom. By passionately and effectively advocating for each and every one of his client's interests, he's helped many of them receive the compensation they deserve in various matters. Mr. Najib prides himself on successfully representing clients in numerous matters involving serious construction and automobile accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, and dog bite attacks.
In the area of employment law, Mr. Najib has handled complex disputes involving federal and state anti-discrimination cases, whistle-blower claims, and fair labor practice claims.
Mr. Najib has also contributed to helping his community in many ways. In May 2018, he gave a seminar titled "Branching Out on Your Own" at the New Jersey Association for Justice – the largest gathering of trial attorneys in the state.
Mr. Najib received his B.A. from New York University and received his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
