As soon as we spoke with her, she set up a portal with plenty of potential homes for us and quickly arranged tours of the ones we loved. When we walked into a tour and realized we wanted to put an offer on the house, Anna got right to work informing us about the process and what to expect next, while working with our lender and the selling agent quickly. 5 months agoKim Wheatley- the name and the MOST CARING, HARD WORKING agent that should be known, recognized and appreciated ALL over!! We have worked with MANY Realtors for our Real Estate Business, and let us tell you- Kim IS the best!! Not only she cares and looks out for us as buyers and sellers, she does work with the HEART!! She wants whatโs BEST for her client and she is NOT pushing just to get that commission checked signed. She listens, she acts PROFESSIONALLY, she goes over everything in details with wide knowledge and experience just to deliver the absolute BEST result for her folks- that is not something most agents would do. Most just take the job for the big commission, Kim for sure goes for that too, BUT she is going to DO all and everything it takes to earn that. No one we worked with has ever showed THAT MUCH of LOVE & CARE, Kim did!!! She comes by and check on her listing as often as itโs her own home/products.
