I always love the quality of their food! So special, unique and different, not your usual run of the mill middle eastern food. They have some very special options like quizi and lamb shanks too! The owners are very good people and I highly recommend it. Their wood fire grilled meat is absolutely flavorful. Their gyro and shawarmas are my favorites and hummus! They have outdoor seating and quick takeout service too. I mostly go with takeouts and the portion sizes are big, good for leftovers.
I can't believe this is what I got for what I paid for!!! First, he didn't give me what I ordered. I ordered 3 falafel sandwiches, and he gave me 3 mix falafel sandwiches. Second, as you see in the picture, the sandwiches look almost empty.
This food was so gross. I got the lamb and it was so greasy and oily but yet dry and tough. The bread was like cardboard which the oil and greasy turned into slop. The bad aftertaste and smell stayed with me till I was able to wash my hands, face and brush my teeth at home. I also got the falafel and it was over fried and dry. This place is WAY below any kind of standard. Like mentioned before, thereโs no prices to their very pricey meals and the โ15โ minute wait is actually a 35 minute wait, when no one was there. Terrible food even if youโre starving. The guy that took my order and cooked was very nice though.
Amazing food. Must try their lamb/beef burger and their beef shawarma wrap.
Their fried chicken is really good also. There isnโt anything that I have tried that was not delicious. They now have a buffet restaurant as well.
Donโt take my word for it. Give them a shot and you will not regret it.
When I first found out about them I was literally at their food truck 4/5 times that week.
Also should try their red iraqi tea.
I came around 8:30pm on a Friday night, and it wasnโt too pack. Based on the menu picture, I ordered the kebab, and the guy told me that the meat was a mix of lamb and beef. I also ordered the tikka, and he told me that the meat is chicken. When I got the food, it didnโt look like the picture in the menu. The tikka was delicious. It came as a plate full of chicken even under the tomato and rice. It had salad, hummus, and pita bread included. The hummus was smooth and had a more charred taste to it. The salad was sour and complimented the chicken. I would get it again since it could actually feed two people. The kebab looked more like a large empanada than what I was expecting. It was good too with juicy meat and tomato inside and cost $10. In my opinion, the tikka was more worth it and cost around $16. There are some tables to sit outside. I also wanted to try the okra, but it was sold out.
