OUR HISTORY
Al-Ghadeer has been in operation since 1993 conducting yearly Islamic programs. These programs, along with Abu-Talib Learning Center, have been conducted in leased facilities. By the Grace of All-Mighty(SWT), by the blessings of the fountainhead of blessings — Mohammad-o-ale-Mohammad, and with your help and encouragement, we proceeded to build a permanent center for these activities. Al-Hamdo-Lillah, the center is ready & operational, conducting all the programs that lead to fulfilling Al-Ghadeer’s mission of propagating the message that Rasool-Allah delivered at Ghadeer-e-khum on 18th. Zilhijjah, 10AH
OUR MISSION
Our Mission is to continue to propagate the message of Rasool-Allah at Ghadeer-e-Khum and to facilitate, within the Houston community, the practice of an Islamic way of life as prescribed by Prophet Mohammad (SAW) and guided by Qur’an and Ahlul Baith (AS)

4 months agoThat women out there who is particularly named in earlier review is working hard to gratify our needs and give us a safe and caring religious place. I have seen a 10 year old approaching an aged lady and asking her to leave the room as she was having tea, she was sent by an elderly to do the job. This should be a topic of discussion.

4 months agoThat place looks so organized and disciplined cause of those few women who work there to provide good service to the community, we get everything needed cause of them, when 1K people get catered with limited resources, some who come to collect points on reviews write such things. BTW those ladies are addressed as Aunty and Sister, they deserve respect guys. Your parents should have done a better job on you.

4 months agoI am really disappointed the way management is handling this place. I went few times here and every time i found this one lady with the name chotoo who treats everyone as a slave there and screaming and scaring the children as if this is not a mosque but a prison. I am shocked the way she dresses like a naked lady (sorry to use this word) and even refused to give me niyaz. This shows her background. It seems this is family operating Business as her sister name saleh also has bad behavior like her and they want to control everything there. She told me she is the owner of this place i mean this is a mosque not your house. From what i see Most of the people who come here are also frustrated because of her. I am not going to come here anymore but if no action has been taken then allah’s cursing be on you

4 months agoTake a chill pill people, nice place, nice environment, friendly atmosphere, caring ladies who are on grudge, hustle, slog and work like a Trojan to look after the community and the needs of women, specially like the ones who are complaining , do not defame the name of the masjid, its a sacred place.

3 months agoStop doing geebah on the website, place is good and is worth everthing. Though i am a male but my parents always disciplined me , not a frequent goer but i can see all those people working hard to get tabarruk to me in an organized manner, reading the reviews i feel those ladies have not understood the religion at all, the biggest gunah is talking bad about others even in person, here they are using a platform to degrade the masjid, you not coming to a religious place is your loss not of the masjid. spend time understanding and practicing the religion rather than wasting your time doing Geebah , hope you get forgiveness from the people you are talking about if not Allah show you the right path.
