Most notably, communication has been exceptional. She has been proactive offering daily status reports of every showing, feedback, thoughts on strategy and more. A true seasoned professional. My wife and I recently sold our home and bought another one. Selling ours wasn't a problem because our buyer came to us wanting to buy ours.
