Ali D. Jaloudi, Esq. focuses his legal practice primarily on transactional matters. Mr. Jaloudi has successfully represented thousands of clients in real estate and business transactions, land use matters, immigration matters, and municipal/criminal court matters.
Mr. Jaloudi’s real estate practice ranges from representing first-time homebuyers to sophisticated and experienced real estate investors. He is sure to meticulously guide his clients and keep them informed and confident during the real estate transaction.

Mr. Jaloudi’s immigration practice is focused on family petitions, citizenship applications, and foreign investor applications.
Mr. Jaloudi earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2014. While at Rutgers Law, he served as a Senior Student Attorney for the Rutgers Community & Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where he advised various clients in land use applications.
Notably, Mr. Jaloudi incorporated various non-profit corporations, including advising and representing a high profile global human rights activist in incorporating an international non-profit corporation.
Mr. Jaloudi also represented Rutgers School of Law in the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and was a Senior Editor of the Rutgers Race & The Law Review. Mr. Jaloudi also represented Rutgers Law, and the Rutgers Student Bar Association as a Senator to the Rutgers University Governing Board.
Mr. Jaloudi served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judges Ellen Koblitz, J.A.D. in the Superior Court-Appellate Division, Honorable Judge Robert Contillo, P.J.Ch. and the Honorable Dennis Carey P.J.S.C.
Mr. Jaloudi is licensed in the Supreme Courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the Federal District for the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Jaloudi comes from a family of 8 attorneys and has committed his life to law practice.
