2 months agoThis doctors office does not care about you. I have been in the ER three times in the last week and I was told that I had to wait 10-14 days for a follow-up even though I stressed the urgency and importance of treating me early during a flare of one of my chronic conditions. The doctor and the nurse never called us back and we had to deal with the receptionist who isnโt medically trained. I am a chronically ill person and if you are too avoid this place at all costs. I am now having to use a cane because Iโm so weak and the doctor canโt even talk to me on the phone.

a month agoHere is what is not being said. Patients are expected to do their own research as much as possible. Your Dr.'s/ dentist office, your medical group, and your insurence companies are not all on the same page 100% of the time. They don't "work together" in the way you might think. Everything is changing at an unbelievable pace. Your front staff or certified anything does not have the capability, nor is it their job tovresearch, say, 35 insurence companies, medical groups, and t hen notify say 1200 patients. It's humanly impossible! As for any medical personnel, if a patient keeps asking the same question, becomes agitated, and if they are sick, and they are trying to navigate the Healthcare system, their behavior is to be expected. If anyone new to the medical field has a problem, and you work in a non acure care setting, I highly recommend you consider a different career or get thicker skin, because this job is not for everyone.

2 weeks agoCurrently fighting with this chop-shop to get a long standing prescription dealt with. They decided it was for vanity, when it was given for a1c. It's bad enough being on Medi-Cal, but having to beg for subpar health care is degrading. I wish I had another choice.

9 months agoMy first experience was a little chaotic as we had a miscommunication with my insurance company. As soon as Dr. found out? He went ABOVE and BEYOND for me! Same day appointment was made for me and I found myself butter in his care โค๏ธ. Desperate for help (destroyed spine and emotional wreck) his comfort level was OUTSTANDING! Thank you God for giving me a Doctor with a HEART โค๏ธ
