Our experience with Jimmy and his team has been great. We were starting to near our deadlines for finding a house, and we switched to Jimmy on the advice of a family friend, and the experience has been eye opening and less stressful. Jimmy did a great job with us in all aspects of the home finding process, with some aspects we didn't even think of to begin with. He helped us understand the challenges and conditions in each neighborhood we picked. He taught us the tools on how to evaluate if a house is right for us. Most importantly, he was very transparent and honest in the whole process, which helped us in aligning our expectations, as well as establishing a solid trust in Jimmy. I really pleased with Jimmy's work, he was beyond expectations, sincere, and always supportive. Several times I say let's get this house, he gives me sincere advice that he won't buy such house for his son for so and so issues in the house. Initially I had my loan prepared with Chase, unfortunately Chase missed up with me, and added huge increase to closing costs just 2 days before closing, I was deeply disappointed, and I had fear of losing the home, he WORKED with me and suggested a new lender agent Chuck Hajj who was great and finished my loan process and closing within 8 days. He is always on top of everything, all the time reachable, and even more, he bridged the gabs of Chase bank agents bit fall. Jimmy was extremely experienced and explain thoroughly since I am first home buyer,this helped me a lot, especially I don't like surprises, fine printing, or hidden fees. If I would buy a house in future definitely I will have him as an agent If I will sell my house in the future, I will have him too. I will recommend him to my friends and family relatives.
