7 months agoI have been working with the Realty One group in Mclean for a few years and have had 2 successful transactions recently. They helped me with my transition from NOVA to DC. They sold my property at 12% over ask and helped me negotiate an amazing deal in DC shortly after. I have referred a number of people to them who have been very happy with the experience. What I find appealing, is that they listen to my needs but are not afraid to give me a reality check when I needed one. I highly recommend them.

7 months agoRealty ONE Group Capital is an outstanding brokerage. Iโve lived and worked in Northern Virginia for nine years, and there is no other brokerage I would rather be associated with. Trustworthy, honest, and capable.

9 months agoBe very careful of this agency. They employ and defend at least one realtor Lou Jones who is a scam artist. Mr. Jones willfully and knowlingly misled and deceived me . This led me to financially lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. Now we are forced to take legal action. In doing so, its been uncovered that Realty One Group Capital is not even listed with the better business bureau. Makes you wonder if this is even a legitimate agency. BEWARE. Also , many of their realtors are not registered with the National Realtors Association. I highly recommend you find a more honest and upfront agency.
