2 years agoI purchased a brisket recently for slow smoking on my grill. It was outstanding! The butcher removed all the right fat, leaving just the right amount for the grill. The people are very friendly and helpful and the Shop has all sorts of great foods and treats that are hard to come by in regular stores. Will definitely be going back!
