I heard about how they treat customers with disrespect, now I have confirmed what I actually said. This place has been my favorite place for a long time but now it has become very bad. They do not know how to prepare the correct recipe for pizza and they do not respect the customer. I would rather go to Dearborn and not buy from them. They feel... Now they have a lot of money and they have become very satisfied with the money. They have become full and therefore they do not care about customer service so that the worker and the owner of the store can continue. Today at 9:27 p.m. I called before leaving work to place an order. I waited on the line for 5 minutes, then it closed and I called again. I waited 3 minutes and when he answered me, as a joke, I told him 10 minutes until the answer was answered. The person at the cashier said that 15 minutes to wait is normal. I told him no, this is not true and there should be respect, but he was arrogant and condescending, explaining that he was busy, and I said to him, “Thank you for your rubbish service.” This is amazing . And I hung up

I've always savored their delicious halal pizzas. However, tonight, when my family placed a delivery order, the service was not good. Despite placing the order at 7 PM, by 9 PM, the pizza hadn't arrived. When I called, I was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes, but after 40 minutes passed, I decided to drive to the store after a long day's work. While their pizzas are top-notch, the consistently poor customer service experience is hard to ignore. Calls often go unanswered, and when they do, I'm frequently placed on hold for extended periods. I hope they improve their service soon, as it's overshadowing the enjoyment of their excellent food.

So the boy who takes order is literally a deaf .. we had to repeat 6 times to take an order … and when we reached to pick up our order he said its gonna be like 30 more minutes to finish it .. and we ordered 30 minutes before we left to pick it up .. they took 1 hour to make 3 burgers and 1 subs Customer service is pathetic… they act like they dont care about their customers.... bad place…bad atmosphere .. bad service… food is somewhat good but not worth the price …. Not recommended…

Great food. Although small neighborhood shop. But these guys are doing great job fixing fresh tasty Halal food. Very popular among young kids.
