I take great pride in my career, my adored clients and my company, CalPrime Realty, which I started in 2009. Selling real estate allows me to meet so many new people daily and as a result i've gained some good friends! No two days are exactly the same and every few years the market changes so much that it keeps everything super exciting and i'm always learning new things. Every day brings on challenges and rewards. The fact it always changes and no two transactions are alike is the reason I tell people that its very important to work with a Realtor so you arent missing any crucial knowledge to help give you in your goal. I mainly work with either first time homebuyers, new construction, down payment assistance programs, and property flips. In a nutshell I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them realize their goals and dreams within the scope of real estate. At the end of the day I can sit back and feel good that I was able to bring joy to someone and their family that I could find them a home! 🙂

a month agoCalprime was awesome to work with! Savanna was our point of contact and she is amazing! From the very first call, she was highly professional, provided great detail about their process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They were willing to work with us as my husband and I had just relocated from another state. They have very nice properties and I love that they pay a portion of utilities on their properties. Overall, if we could have went with them we would have! Just so happens, we were already in process elsewhere and hadn’t expected to hear back so we applied with Calprime in order to continue looking for homes. Unfortunately, the contacts on my credit that Calprime needed to hear from to finish our application process weren’t responding in a timely manner to them which held our application up a bit. We ultimately went with the initial place we put in for elsewhere but hope to work with Calprime in the future. Thanks so much again, Savanna!

2 years agoKat Moody is fantastic beyond words. My wife and I have never met someone so hard working and dedicated to their clients. We were nervous first time home buyers who walked in with little knowledge and she helped us through every step including finding financing, working around hiccups and over obstacles, and got us into our dream home in less than a month! She went above and beyond for us. We can never be thankful enough.

She goes above and beyond to make sure your happy and has a great team behind her! I loved her photographer that took pictures of my house!
