I focus on guiding my clients through the labyrinthine immigration system and helping them achieve their immigration goals.ย My approach is client based; meaning, I provide my clients with all their options, walk them through the pros and cons and, together, we decide on the best course of action.
My practice consists largely of removal defense, family based immigration and protection based claims.ย I regularly practice before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and the Department of State.ย I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Assocation.
Prior to joining Kempster, Corcoran, Quiceno & Lenz-Calvo, Ltd., I had the privilege of serving the Chicago immigrant community as a supervising attorney at the National Immigrant Justice Center, a non-for-profit legal service provider.
I haveย studied in Rome and Oxford.ย After law school I accepted an internship position with Al Haq, a legal human rights organization in Ramallah, Palestine.
