Chris Gilmore and Christina Morris have been fabulous. I had been in an awful flood from Hurricane Milton, which took me out of my apartment, losing most of my belongings, which still hurts to this day. My brother had sent me some places to look at and I was fortunate to find these fantastic realtors. Christina is very knowledgeable and Chris was so good in helping me put things together, like a standing computer desk, that he has and a TV stand. I recommend them very much.

I first called The Robert Slack Agency nearly a year ago. I had decided to buy my house in The Villages Florida. I am so glad Roger Taylor was the agent that I reached. Roger knows volumes about the home buying process. He was so patient! We conversed many times. He always shared information freely, and never made my questions sound dumb. Roger stood by me as I went through my personal adventure to find the right house. He sent me several houses to look at every week. When he sent the last group, he said: "you should take a careful look at the first one....implying it may be the one for me." He was perfectly correct. Marylou and I are thrilled. This review is specifically for Pamela Davis, who works at Robert Slack. My husband and I decided to uproot our family from up north to Jacksonville, FL. Not only was this a huge geographical move for us, but it would be our first time buying a home. I was absolutely BLESSED to be connected to Pamela via Zillow. It was a random match, and it made ALL the difference. I was on my guard receiving a call through Zillow, expecting a realtor that was just going to push us into the quickest home to make a buck. How far from the truth that was! From the very first phone call, I could tell she was sweet and kind, and above all, honest. We didn’t know the area and were very specific about our budget and neighborhood goals. Pamela allowed us to send her listings constantly without ever seeming to be annoyed by it, and also providing us with unbiased facts about the location, home value/condition, and schools. This went on for a few months as we began the moving process. Additionally, she connected me to a mortgage broker who, upon first phone call, seemed uninterested in helping due to the fact that we had to wait a while to get some things in place. Pamela was upset with the treatment we received and gave us another broker who ended up being another actual angel throughout the home buying process. Pamela would drive all over Jacksonville with me to see as many homes as I wanted to, even showing me homes that she knew I wouldn’t like, just so that I could see the areas for myself. She’s also extremely knowledgeable about home improvement and would frequently point out areas of concern when viewing homes. Additionally, our sweet Pamela became a tough fighter for us when it came to the negotiation process, resulting in us getting a great deal on our home. The entire process was truly seamless, despite hearing awful stories from others. Even after purchasing, she has maintained contact to make sure we’re happy and thriving in our new home. Pamela clearly has found the perfect niche in life for herself, because she is not only good at what she does, but she is also extremely passionate about helping people throughout this process. We truthfully can’t say enough amazing things about her, and we fully intend on recommending her to any one we know in the market for buying or selling. She is friendly, honest, practical, and available. You can NOT go wrong with her as your realtor, I promise you!

Lily Sar Shalom was a wonderful realtor to work with. Her honesty was refreshing, and I found her expertise about the market, different areas, and even construction materials to be very helpful. I think she is probably my most favorite real estate agent to work with, to date. If you are looking for property in South Florida, I would definitely consider Lily. It was a joy to work with her.
