3 months agoGreat brokerage to work with. Staff are very efficient in meeting the agent's needs. The broker is very knowledgeable about all current changes in the RE contracts. Our manager is a great motivator and team leader. The office environment is friendly. Nice people to work with.

The best part is that you text him, and he is on it. Not to mention his support staff is terrific, Angela just to name one!

2 months agoI love working and being part of Coldwell Banker Hallmark Realty. You may ask me why? My reasons are as follows. I list and sell different catagory of realt estate, one day I may sell lands, the next day I am giving broker's price opinion on multi-unit properties, some other time I just list and seller single family residence, etc. If I need a second opinion I can always call the owner broker Rick Bonyadi or the management team and get their opinion on it. Rick is extremely diligent in returning calls, text and email messages. He does not say go and read this book or google it. This is a tremendous help. The staff is just amazing. Anytime you call late on Friday before a long holiday or weekend, they go to work immediately to get your work done on a timely manner - familiar, the lat minute your seller wants something in a different way. They have great training with respect to social media, forms, what is the latest in our field. Office is very efficient! One cannot ask to be in a better company.
