I love Dr.Mansour and all of the women that work beside her. All of the women in the office were always so kind and polite. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. Maria at the front desk is absolutely amazing she always treated me like I was her friend not just a patient. Eva in billing was so awesome to me in the beginning when I was trying to establish care. I had so many questions and probably called 100x and her attitude was great every time. From the beginning Dr.Mansour has always been very direct and quick! She always clearly answered any questions or concerns myself or my husband had during my pregnancy. Half way through my pregnancy I had some complications and Dr.Mansour was clear and thorough with making sure we understood what my prenatal care would look like up to delivery. It was determined i had to have a c section . From my 3rd trimester to delivery I saw Dr.mansour 2x a week. At my last appointment, Dr.Mansour gave me a clear explanation of what delivery day would look like. My delivery was a breeze and everything went exactly the way she said it would. It saddens me to see the poor reviews because Dr.Mansour is truly amazing and great at what she does. I would highly recommend her to any momma looking for prenatal care.

I love Dr. Anmar she’s the best. Very kind and thoughtful she cares about her patients and will do everything she can to save the baby or make you feel better. This is my second pregnancy with her and honestly amazing. My husband and I are so grateful for her. The best doctor to go too won’t regret it.

I recently had my annual well woman check and sought guidance on pre-conception matters from Dr. Mansour, and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling compelled to share my disappointment. From the beginning of our very short visit, Dr. Mansour displayed - in my opinion - unprofessional behavior that significantly impacted my visit. She made inappropriate comments about my age, referring to me as a "baby." This made me immediately uncomfortable. During our very short discussion of my pre-conception questions, Dr. Mansour exhibited a dismissive attitude. She suggested that, because of my age and apparent health, I shouldn't worry and simply need to take "whatever" prenatal vitamins have “folic acid” in them. Unfortunately, this response overlooked the depth of my questions and left me feeling unheard. What bothered me the most was Dr. Mansour's habit of speaking over me. I had genuine questions about my body and cycle and wanted to understand how to plan for pregnancy, but her short responses and dismissive tone made me feel insecure and foolish for asking. It was disheartening. I left the appointment feeling stressed, uncomfortable, and foolish instead of feeling supported by my doctor. In a field where empathy and understanding are crucial, Dr. Mansour fell short in my opinion. I think that every woman, regardless of age, deserves respect, attentiveness, and the opportunity to have their questions addressed with care. I hope that my feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of empathy and professionalism, especially in a field where patients rely on doctors for support and understanding during vulnerable moments and planning periods in their lives.

Very kind doc. Straight to the point which I prefer. She’s a busy doctor not a therapist, don’t expect her to go into the feelings but rather tell you the facts. I did have a wait time of about 15 minutes which was because she was taking her time with another patient. That’s to be expected. The front desk was nice and seemed busy with a lot of patients. Be nice to them on the phone! I look forward to working with this clinic.

After being a patient of Dr. Mansour for years, she refuses to see me because my insurance is out of network. To be clear, she does not want to see me as a CASH patient, even though I would pay out of pocket before I am seen. Profit over patients care is her new motto I guess. Update: someone from her office called me to schedule an appointment and put me down as a cash patient (which I previously was). She tried to say that having insurance that doesn’t cover and being a cash patient puts up a fraud red flag 🚩. If anything, not taking a cash patient is the red flag. How would having a patient who has been seen for years, wanting to pay cash to be seen because you don’t accept their new insurance sound the alarms? Whatever the excuse is, it still doesn’t excuse the fact that she wouldn’t take cash and turned away a long time patient. I didn’t matter.
