Annandale Family Medicine

Annandale Family Practice has the most efficient medical appointments my father (the patient) and I have ever experienced. My dad has been a patient here over 35 years and trusts Dr. Friedler. The practice has evolved with technology to streamline the pre-screening days before the F2F appointment with self-response questionnaires from the patient. I love it and help dad complete them. My only concern is that other patients may not be able to navigate the technology without assistance. Nonetheless, we are also extremely impressed by the efficiency of the nursing staff who are adept at preparing results, reviewing meds, and reviewing health care maintenance. To be honest, I’m an internal medicine physician and am absolutely impressed by the office flow, nursing and admin support, and ability for the visit summary to be provided at the end of the visit. All our questions and issues are addressed every single time. Now i know why dad doesn’t want to leave the practice. Great job, team!

I have been a patient of Annandale Family Medicine since August 1996. Dr. Friedler & his team are top notch. I highly recommend this practice to individuals and families. The administrative team is wonderful. Short phone wait times, almost no wait after check-in, great online portal communication, super fast & organized with Rx refills & specialist referrals. The medical & admin teams have been together for many years. Quality Healthcare in a clean, courteous office. I'm a big fan!

The Drs are super helpful and really attentive to what you have going on. I come back for them and the ease of how close it is to my house. With that being said you would get more help from a brick underwater than from anyone in the office staff. Weeks of calling for referrals with no call back. Even with their hour long break for lunch they rarely answer the phones an hour before or after that lunch. Good luck leaving a voicemail you might as well write a letter and send it with a pigeon.

The Physician’s Assistant I saw was excellent! She took her time with me, asked questions to help with her diagnosis, and brought other issues to my attention that required follow up with a specialist. In short I am VERY impressed!

Checking in was great very pleasant and nice awesome conversation my Mammogram nurse or tech she made things very calming and was very careful knowing I'm still recovering from a shoulder replacement how nice with that beautiful smile. Thank you
