Any negative expressed in my review has nothing to do with your medical staff. It is mostly because of your new cumbersome and redesigned call-in process for getting to them. I am doing it so that you may be able to improve the process. For example, your system can ask up front whether everything is the same since the previous visit. If it is the same, you can give an option to get out.

Annandale Family Practice has the most efficient medical appointments my father (the patient) and I have ever experienced. My dad has been a patient here over 35 years and trusts Dr. Friedler. The practice has evolved with technology to streamline the pre-screening days before the F2F appointment with self-response questionnaires from the patient. I love it and help dad complete them. My only concern is that other patients may not be able to navigate the technology without assistance. Nonetheless, we are also extremely impressed by the efficiency of the nursing staff who are adept at preparing results, reviewing meds, and reviewing health care maintenance. To be honest, I’m an internal medicine physician and am absolutely impressed by the office flow, nursing and admin support, and ability for the visit summary to be provided at the end of the visit. All our questions and issues are addressed every single time. Now i know why dad doesn’t want to leave the practice. Great job, team!

It is difficult to find physicians that truly care for your welfare&well being, and not treat you like a widget on a conveyer belt.
