Apóla is the new Greek Fast Casual Restaurant offering our customers authentic Greek Gyro! In Greece, a Gyro served APOLA is typically in a pita with your choice of spread, tomatoes, red onions, and French fries (in the sandwich, not on the side!) but the customer can still fully customize it. That is what we aim for at APÓLA – we want you, our customers to have complete control over what goes in your sandwich, plate, or bowl or just order it APOLA! We are committed to providing you with a truly authentic Gyro experience. So authentic, that the butchers preparing our hand-stacked Gyro here in the United States were trained by butchers flown in from Greece!

a year agoFood: Traditional and modern twists on Greek food. Chicken, lamb, and beef choice. Veggies, salad, rice and spreads. Service: The staff was amazing and friendly. Clean with plenty of tables to sit at. Final thought: If you're in a rush and you want a quick bite, go here for Greek food.

2 months agoThe place sounded good on the outside and I love Greek food. I got a beef an lamb gyro. The food could be better if the server had been more enthusiastic and customer oriented. She just put a bunch of meat on a pita bread with that yogurt sauce, and tomatoes. It didn’t look at all like the picture they had in the store. She didn’t even ask if I wanted more toppings. When I asked her to get the other toppings, she looked bothered and proceeded to give me two minuscule samples of two of the toppings. I ask if they are included and she said yes, but you had to tell me before I finish the gyro. ….. Not recommended.

8 months agoFood was amazing!!!! But the workers in the front and 2 were so disrespectful it wasn’t even funny there was 5 people in front 2 males 3 females. Not only did they barely even bother to help but they were sitting and chatting while they were still on the clock not break and I only know that by then shouting it from across the store. They were yelling at each other from across the restaurant. The only reason I’m harder about this is I work at In n out and no matter how bad a day we are having it whatever customer service is what we strive to have the best of. If I acted the way they did at in n out I surely would be fired the first day. My friend and I were nothing but nice and respectful when they were clearly ignoring us.

a week agoWow. Just wow. I used to come here all the time cuz it was the only place in irvine with a real breakfast burrito. Those times are long gone. They have doubled the price and cut the burrito down to half its former size which makes it 4X more expensive. To top it off its completely filled with potatoes to point where nothing else is noticable. This place has gone waaaaaay downhill.
