Absolutely the best fade I’ve ever got, walked in was seated immediately and received the best service from MOE. He DOESNT lack any attention to detail. Very friendly and professional. 10/10 walked out feeling like a new man! Thank you A&R scissors barbershop!

My 2nd haircut done at A&R with Ahmad Said. I had been with my barber in San Diego for more than 10 years, I thought my barber knew my hair and beard and he's the only one I trusted with them since I have long hair and not many barbers know how to cut it properly. One time I was in Anaheim for a wedding and needed a haircut, I came across this spot and met Ahmad. He was very friendly and welcoming. I asked for a skin fade while cutting my hair evenly for a man bun style. As he started cutting my hair, he cut one section at a time dividing my hair into 20+ sections which was very different from my previous barber. As he was going through my hair, I started noticing how my hair was super uneven before which made me happy with his expertise and upset at my old barber at the same time! That's when I got curious and asked Ahmad where he learned his methods and got his experience. To my surprise finding out that he has 15 plus years of experience, his first 5 years in Belgium and the rest in Canada. Now, I drive all the way from San Diego to Anaheim just to get my haircut, definitely worth the drive!

Very unsatisfied with this place They say they are open at 8 o’clock in the morning . Came in at 11 and they told me there is only one person working right now and to come back later when the place was completely empty . They told me that the barber comes in at 12 o’clock noon . As this gentlemen was sitting down texting. Don’t know any other places that just chase people away like that. I also usually tip generously which is disappointing. Have tipped up to 100% if the hair cut for great jobs. Will not be coming back here anytime soon.

MazeN is my new go-to barber!! Its nice knowing that when you leave A&R, your money was well spent on a clean cut that will leave a lasting impression. I also appreciate that they have great hours & take their time on the little details like hair washes/conditioning, razor finishes & after shave mist.
