>Atif has been involved in residential real estate since 2006 when he purchased his first investment property to fuel his dreams. In 2008 he began his professional career working for one of the largest real estate investment trusts (REIT) working closely with his team to ensure fair property valuations were being assessed by local governments.
After personally experiencing the lack of transparency, communication, skill set and, lack of value from many real estate agents, Atif decided to fully commit to becoming the absolute best agent in his market at getting the best results for every client. He is focused on what is most important to his clients, developing life-long relationships and most importantly, achieving the results his clients need that will fuel the next chapter of their lives.
Atif studied Assessment and Appraisal of Real Property (RPA) at Seneca College with a partnership program with the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
Atif and his wife, Megan, treasure family trips to the beach with their two sons, Noah and Asher.
