2 years agoFood was straightforward. Did not exceed or go below expectations. Chicken had good flavor as well as the aides. But portion can use some balancing. I would come back again. Overall, a clean place and food came fast. It could have friendly service/staff. It was an older gentleman, looked a bit annoyed and looked outside when answering our question. Didn't pay but price was not expensive for 2 person. Under $30.

4 months agoThe wraps are a great value, especially if you skip the fries. The mural with Easter eggs gives you plenty to check out while waiting. They also have a fairly large selection of Turkish delights.

2 weeks agoWe entered the place and it felt like a sauna, the falafel wrap was dry and tasteless. Iโve never had such bad Mediterranean food ever

5 months agoI normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this place. To put it bluntly, the food is slightly below mid. Is it the worst Mediterranean food I've ever had? No. Would I ever want to spend my money here again? No. I think generally Walnut Creek doesn't have a good Mediterranean food scene to begin with, so it's not like they're dealing with a bunch of competition and you can tell by the quality of the food. The meat was dry, the rice was dry, the tomatoes were poor quality, the hummus was overtly creamy and flavorless with no acid or bite to it. I think the chefs in there have lost the joy of cooking because there was no life in this food. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, I genuinely think their general clientele don't know what Mediterranean food is supposed to taste like. If you have any culture in your palette, I'd avoid.

2 months agoI tried the chicken shawarma. It was good but without any sauce. If you order just make sure to add hummus or tahini it will be better.
