Had edit: I bought 3 items from here & after 2 months they broke down. It's sucks when your out imof state and buy. Bought a bracelet & earing. The quality was very flimsy. They look good but not for practical usage. The hospitality of the workers is amazing. Showed me everything I asked for and very knowledgeable.

Customer service is excellent everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and they make sure you understand what you’re buying .. but the best thing about the whole experience when you go there is their patience.. it took me almost an hour to find a gift not a lot of gold shops will tolerate that but the guy was nice and made sure I’m 100% convinced and happy with my purchase.. I bought this bracelet in April 2020 I was told that it’s a type of amber and charged $120 for a thin gold chain and the stone. A few days ago I put the bracelet on and what I was told was real amber is all scratched up now patchy and when I took it to a jeweler close by I was told that it’s plastic not some kind of Amber. Your response has nothing to do with my review you’re say my energy made it change color but it didn’t change color you sold me plastic and it’s peeling like the pictures show. Horrible people
