You will feel comfortable all the time to buy or leave with a smile on their faces. They have a good inventory that matches almost every taste of real jewelry
There is a lady in 40s doesnโt have a customer service at all, I went there to see the gold of course I would to check and see the weight and the design closer and she started to tell me she canโt let me check every piece in the store I have to make decisions for one piece on shelf ! And pay it ? What the a heck??!! I will pay thousands of dollars If I canโt make sure of the jewelry that I would to pay in the store what would happen if I checked at home and I didnโt like it they will return the same amount that I paid??? Of course not
So hire people so patient with customers and polite
My first experience with Baghdad jewelry on Saturday, and it was the greatest experience ever This jeweler is very honest, great price and very clear. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I will hundred percent recommend them to all my friends and family.
I have sold a lot of gold to several different places and this guy is the only one getting a 5 star review. I understand that these gold buyers are all in the business to make money, however, others were offering me half of the spot value or less. This guy was way more than them and still had the ability to make some money on it. I will always go here whenever possible.
