In this very difficult market of rising interest rates, she sold my home far quicker than other homes in the market and got me my asking price. She worked incredibly hard and had open houses every weekend until the home sold. She regularly gave me updates. She had the home staged and really made it very appealing to buyers. She even put me in touch with a reasonably priced contractor that did some very beneficial touch ups to the home to increase sale value as well as oversaw some of the work as I was out of state.
